Date & Venue
20th - 21st Jan 2010,The Legend Hotel,Kuala Lumpur

Dear Friend,

Emotional Intelligence (EI) has become one of the hottest buzzwords in the corporate world ever since the publication of Daniel Goleman's first book on EI in 1995. A growing body of research suggests that EI, as measured by Emotional Quotient (EQ), is a better predictor of "success" than the more traditional measures such as IQ. Research also suggest that a person's ability to perceive, identify, and manage their emotions provides the basis for success at workplace. Therefore, improving EI will enable you to positively influence your overall performance and well-being, at workplace and also in life.
